Pangloss Cellars invites you and 9 guests to an intimate evening at the Tasting Lounge located in the carefully restored, 117-year-old Sonoma Plaza location.
Pangloss Cellars is a celebration of Sonoma and the diversity of grape varieties for which Sonoma is known. Named after Dr. Pangloss, the eternal optimist in Voltaire’s novel Candide, Pangloss Cellars is our commitment to optimism as the best way to approach life.
The evening will feature wines poured by our winemaker Erich Bradley, perfectly paired alongside a four-course dinner prepared by our Executive Chef Tim Hammack.
Erich was mentored early in his career by iconic winemakers Richard Arrowood and David Ramey, and he has been growing grapes and making small-lot, artisanal wines with a particular focus on grapes from vineyards within the Moon Mountain District AVA since 1999.
Born and raised in Napa Valley, Executive Chef Tim Hammack combines his Michelin star restaurant training with a commitment to our community’s sustainable bounty, from the Pacific Ocean to local farms and gardens. Not only that, he’s also truly in sync with Erich’s Old World winemaking inspiration, having forged and refined his culinary style during his travels across Europe. His approach to fine dining brilliantly blends modern ingenuity with classic French technique.
